Bartłomiej Achler – attorney at law. Graduate of the faculty of Law and Administration of the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. He is a member of the Lawyers’ Regulating Authority in Warsaw. He cut his legal teeth providing corporate services to companies, including public companies as well as sitting on supervisory boards of limited companies.

He is an author and a co-author of numerous legal opinions, assessments and reviews dealing with issues under civil law and general business law. He specialises in the civil law, with particular emphasis on the contract law and the trial law. He acts as a legal counsel in civil, criminal and administrative cases as well as attorney for defence in criminal trials. He easily communicates in English and Polish.
