Labour Law

We also provide our Clients with advisory services in the area of the Labour Law, starting from hiring of employees, right to termination of employment contracts.

We advise our Clients on best possible forms of employment, prepare employment contracts, work schedules to suit various work systems, work and remuneration regulations and other documents of regulatory nature to be implemented by employers. We also organise audits of personal files and work time accounting.

Managers can take advantage of our services involving preparation, negotiation and securing of management contracts, including advice on pertinent taxation matters.

We also provide legal assistance in negotiations with trade unions and employee councils. Our lawyers can participate in negotiations of collective work agreements and social packages, including preparation of legal assessments and information.  

We represent our Clients in individual and collective labour law litigations.

Criminal Law

We provide versatile legal assistance with respect to a wide range of criminal law issues, particularly involving business crime and the penal taxation law.

We analyse the business consequences of transactions that could arise in civil as well as in criminal law. We secure the interest of our Clients by presenting solutions allowing them to avoid any possible breaches of law.

We represent our Clients at all stages of criminal proceedings. We also ensure legal assistance involving participation in proceedings of attorneys for defence, representatives of injured parties, auxiliary prosecutors as well as private indictment prosecutors at any stage of proceedings.

Real Estate Property Law

We advise our Clients on the legal aspects of trade in real estate properties, providing complex legal services in matters involving purchase and sale of real estate properties.

We analyse legal status of properties, particularly including determination of the risks and threats concerning legal entitlement to real estate properties as well as any possible third party claims, also including re-privatisation claims.

We prepare and oversee real estate property sale and purchase transactions.

Intellectual Property Law

We provide versatile legal advice concerning intellectual and industrial property law, also including protection and transfer of copyrights and neighbouring rights.

Competition Law

We provide advisory services with respect to matters concerning anti competitive practices, abuse of dominant market position and practices breaching general consumer interest as well as issues involving elimination of unfair competition.

We analyse actions undertaken and planned to be undertaken by our Clients with respect to their compliance with law, and provide advice as to solutions in compliance with the competition and anti monopoly law, with particular emphasis placed on prevention of any breaches of the law on the part of our Clients.

We participate in negotiations and represent our Clients in proceedings held before President of the Consumer and Competition Protection Authority as well as in court proceedings concerning the protection of competition.

Public Procurement Law

We provide entrepreneurial legal services in bidding for public procurement contracts, as well as with respect to matters involving implementation of such contracts. We also provide advice to contracting authorities with respect to various aspects of tenders for public procurement contracts.

We provide complex advice on preparation of bidding documentation, and assist our Clients in assessment of bids with respect to formal and legal requirements.

We prepare and asses consortium agreements with respect to awarding of public procurement contracts. We prepare draft letters, applications, protests, complaints and appeals as well as legal assistance in appeal and complaint proceedings.
